The worst thing is that even though, as soon as my son was born, I set into motion all the correct steps to establish paternity and child support/visitation, some other motherphucker signed the birth certificate... and after years of lawyers bills and court dates this is still the case... and I couldn't get his last name changed to mine. THAT'S COMPLETELY SH*TTY. There's no way to trace her heritage lines... she's from an adopted family with absolutely no background information on her parents. So my son is being denied the ability to continue my blood line. Here's where the drama that has me stressing out today... she informed me that she's now decided to move out of state to get away from her husband, who's in prison currently but will no doubt be released soon. She's not taking 3 of her kids, #'s 1 & 2 live with their father... #4 she doesn't want to take with her. She wants to take #3 (my son) and #'s 5 & 6, the newborn twins. She's taking my son out of school before the end of the school year and moving him to a location many states away. So perhaps it's bad to ask for someone else's perspective on my situation but that's what I'm asking for. What would you do? Adult responses only. This is your child, so so probably would like to invest in a family lawyer. Go to family court, file a greivance stating your baby momma's intentions, dig some dirt up on the lady, discredit her in front of the judge and point out all the reasons you just layed out here that she should not be allowed to do such a thing. If you kid is older than 3 you probably will not be able to do much when it comes to custody, it will take a lawyer to get you joint custody of the child, but you can always try, they don't like to switch custody from somebody the kid has known for a while, you might want to look into partial custody, that way she will be anchored down. My 2 cents on the whole thing
1. Its mutual responsibility if the woman gets pregnant... she's ultimately at fault if she is for saying yes, and the guy is just as much at fault, even if he's flat out lied to... no protection, don't do it if u don't want the risk
2. Guys and girls can both be whores... if you women get called a whore, you shouldn't care, your personal opinion of yourself should matter more. I know tons of male whores, and I don't agree with them at all.
3. Even though VP is virgin, as she says, she can offer a different point of view than the rest of us to the sex threads... although I don't think she can comment on thats what it feels like, I believe her insight is something most of us don't readily process...
