HP computer problem need help

my brand new hp will not play you tube videos straight outta the box. plays every other site videos, vimeo, break, hulu but no you tube. Says there was an error on every vid i click on. anyone have this problem?

You might have to install a plug in or some shit like that. Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox to get on the web. If youre using IE try downloading FF to see if it works on there. FF is better than IE anyway. Post up what happens

download firefox and make sure you have flash installed

Update adobe Flash, abode shockwave, java, run all windows updates since its a new PC and see what happens

Youtube has had major problems all week . My view counts and ratings are messed up on my channel , and today my vids wouldn't play . But they started working again .

And i have a hp notebook . That is not the problem . I don't even think hp could block a website out for all users not to watch . That is ridiculous .

get firefox, then download the flash plug in, if you go to youtube they will help you.
