boxers are awesome dogs. prolly better then the doberman and rotty when it comes to the middle ground youre looking for. great with kids, very loyal, and very protective.

idk. ive trained my 7mo rotty to be a pretty good bird dog. everybody told me it was impossible but honestly i think it was easier than training my dads spaniel. i dont see any dobie doin that.

Bro what do you think about an American Bully?
Like a pit bull, still a pit bull but lower to the ground, extreme loyalty, drive, and would make a good guard dog if you trained him that way while protecting your family to the fullest + awesome family dog... My dog's stud, Odin, is meanacing looking so much I bet you wouldn't approach the house with his head looking out the window. He'd guard them too, but still be a friendly... important thing when you have kids around you know?

Here is Odin,

and here is a recent litter we just had...
It's Odin's last litter and 4 males / 3 females are for sale at the moment.

These pups are expected to have flawless confirmation, and build just like Odin and have amazing markings/colors... hit me up if you have any more questions.

Re: Doberman or Rottweiler????

German Shephard, Rotty, Boxer, Doberman, Pit Bull.... all great dogs to have, great around kids and are naturally protective.

But if you really want a dog that takes the cake, naturally protective as well and just it's presence alone makes people want to turn away is this:

Irish Wolfhound

Re: Doberman or Rottweiler????

Very good with Kids all though they have a bad Rep for being Biters he just loves my little Girl and will protect her at all cost. I have a Rotty aswell but she is not the nicest Dog in the world she was better when she was younger but she is 12 years old now and just wants to be left alone so she can sleep.

i don't disagree with them outlawing the cropping on ears. its completely aestetics and has no benefit to the dog at all. go customize your bike or car but leave the dogs alone
