So last week my motorcycle was involved in a Felony Aggrivated Fleeing and Eluding. I got a call from my dad after 4 cop cars came to his house(my house) asking where I was and saying they needed to talk to me. He gave me the officer's name and number that he had left for me to call. They mentioned they knew of my mom's address(as previos address) and were going to look for me there. So I called and warned my mom so she wouldn't have a heart attack. Then I got a call, which I didn't answer from the police officer, he left a message saying he needed to talk to me about what I did earlier and to call him or he'd come find me. I contacted my attourney, explained the situation, he asked if the person driving the motorcycle was wearing a helmet. Of course they were. And he asked if I had anyone that would be able to verify that it couldn't have been me during that time. I did. And he asked if it was possible that someone else could have been driving my bike. of course, there's 2 sets of keys, and friends drive my bike all the time.

So he tried to call the officer to find out if they had any probable cause to arrest me. And the next day I had a probation appt. He wasn't able to talk to the officer but told me that if i run into the officer at probation the only thing I should say is that it wasn't me. Not to talk about my alliby or give any names.

As I'm waiting for my probation officer to call me, 2 cops stroll in, and go into the back. then I get called in to her office, start filling out the monthly report, she asks "any charges? any changes?" "No. No." I say as the 2 cops walk in. I look up, notice the officer's name. It was the officer who tried to call me. I said "Hi, how are you?" he just looked at me. I asked if he had spoken to my attourney, then his face got all red as he lied to me that my attourney was unavailable when he tried to call back. I told him "he's busy, but I could have him try to call you back if you need anything." The officer just asked why I ran from him the day before. I told him "It wasn't me, my license has been suspended and I haven't been driving anything." he asked who it was, i told him that i'm not giving anyone's name up. he asked me if i knew what he got to do then. I thought he was gonna arrest me, but i said i have no idea. he said they were going to sieze my bike and they knew where it was parked(he gave me the location, i'm just omitting it). I didn't respond, other than "have a nice day"

My probation officer asked if they were charging me, they said no they're just taking my bike. My probation officer told me that she's never seen officers come to the probation office and not arrest someone! that I was lucky and I'd better watch my back, cuz they're definately watching me now.

After I got out, I called a friend to have him pick up my bike and take it to another undisclosed location for safe keeping... which is legal because until it has been siezed, it's still my property and I can do anything with it.

I still haven't heard anything from any police officers.

^^ oh yeah, and the officer involved drives a unique patrol vehicle and works for one of the smaller dept's in the county, so I'll know it's him every time I see him! I can't wait.

anyone have any stories of how they got away with something and then ran into the same officer again even on purpose and rubbed it in their face? I'd like to run into this guy again, just to ask him for directions or something dumb, then bring it up just to see what he says.

abso-fuckin-lutely! I know I would still need to keep my mouth shut, cuz if I admit something, then he would arrest me then, it's not like the case is closed, which is why i wrote what i wrote, but running into this guy on a weekly basis as a law abiding citizen asking directions while driving the bike would be funny i think. Maybe he'll get a restraining order against me, lol!

i wouldnt press my luck, if they want they can always find something wrong, trust me, i speak from experience.

oh, I'll make sure all my lights/signals work, tread is good, license is valid, tickets/fines are paid in full, I'm off probation, blah blah blah...

Last summer I was out and pulled out of a mini-mall parking lot at dusk and kinda ran a stop sign pulling onto the main road as a cop was driving (i basically cut him off cuz ima idiot and wsan't paying attention and didn't realize it was a cop car) and then just lifted it up and saw the lights and wut not so I pulled over and it was a cop who gave me a assload of tickets b4 and is just a stand up prick of a guy. I didn't have my liscense reg or insurance on me so he was thrilled about that and the lack of inspection....some how i convinced him to let me drive it home cuz I was only 2 min. from my house so I took my reckless and all the other tickets to court and wut not and my girl came with me (shes a court clerk ina small town where she lives). turns out she knew the D.A. that wsa there that day and was talking to her explaning my situation....the judge called my name and said didn't I have you for speeding last night so i was like yes ma'am. she said I know you can afford a lawyer and I suggest you get one and come back...I saw the cop sitting on the side smiling and shit and then the D.A. approached the bench and talked to the judge and she called me up and told me howmuch ofa lucky asshole I was and I was getting disordley conduct and mandated to another defensive drivers class.....that cop was pissed as I left the courtroom smiling.......thats my only story of getting away with nething

I had like 5 friends with me that also cut off the cop in efforts to try and save my dumb ass flashin their brights and honking but I just had a lack of brain moment where I looked quick saw headlights and was like i can beat um and use the lights to see better and figured the honking and lights were them eggin me on...I felt like an ass after I did it but seems funny now that I got out of everything

I got smart with a cop and he cuffed me, threw me on my face and cranked my arms back so far he broke my collarbone.

since then I like to keep it very quiet. stay home a lot. I don't get my shoulder fixed until Sept. I'm keen not to have any cuffs on until then, because all the shit in my shoulder is jacked. I got a five page MRI report and a bunch of fuckin charges leveled at me.
