The phone itself and features are the shit... if it was on another network then T-Mobile i'd get one again.... I had the Sidekick Slide.... it did every single thing i needed it to do plus more but it got shitty service....i gave it back a week after purchasing it

just depends where you're at, their coverage here is second to none. i had the slide and i just sold it yesterday.
