gta4 on ps3....wtf??? - Page 2 - Open Forum

anybody else think this game was kind of a disappointment? lots of hype and you dont even get a lot of the things from san andreas. no parachutes, no planes, no skill increases, not many vehicles at all, cant buy homes or businesses, etc.
basically youre just a hitman.

i'm NOT a huge fan of any gta... but i did really wish they had the parachute, and i tried to jack a plane soooo many times on the airport. dont really like it much.

and my boys 360 freezes more than my ps3.

ive only had the game play slow down once and its never froze on my ps3... ive played A LOT. it was when i shot a cop with the rpg and his burning corpse launched forwards into the car i was crouched behind (so this all appeared to happen in slow motion.

shit forgot about this thread.. but yeah type 3 is whats causing the problems i think. You can open up a bunch of specific ports on your router, or make ur ps3 the dmz host.. i tried both and it didnt change my NAT type.. however ive read that this has helped others switch their NAT type.

also if u want to make ur ps3 the dmz host, give it a static ip, then put that in the DMZ section in ur router setup page.
