Should be a pretty cool movie. In the trailer, the main woman has gold fire around her, but in the last movie she had blue fire. Not sure why.

hellboy was THE worst movie ive ever seen. he kills the 'god' at the end with a fucking grenade belt... are you kidding me? that movie was so fucking stupid and not in a good, funny way, like evil dead and such. no. hellboy had no redeeming qualities at all, why in gods name would anyone watch the sequel...??

While I definitely agree that the ending to the first one was stupid, I also think that it was a pretty good movie in general. It did have a plot, and the characters were well developed. The ending was just tacked on. From what I've been reading about this upcoming sequel, I really think the producers are going to do alot better with this sequel, but only time will tell.

Now, if you want to talk about a stupid movie, try Batman & Robin - 1997. The surveillance pics looked WAAAAY too perfect, the video in the court room where Harvey Dent gets acid in the face looked stage, and finally in the end, if the people stayed frozen for that long, there is no way they could have been unthawed, and been able to talk,and move around so quickly.

I'm not getting on a soapbox or nothing. I'm just saying that there are a couple of movies out there where the sequel was alot better than the original. Not a whole lot, but a couple, and I think Hellboy II is going to be one of those movies.

But again, only time will tell.

i was watching godzilla and the guy next to me in the theatre stood up and yelled "c'mon that car would never run after falling that far"when the car drove out of godzillas mouth

i responded "oh so the 100 foot tall lizzard running around the city is perfectly viable to you but the fact that the car still runs thats just not realistic right ?"...lol
