Ok boys and girls let it be known that I fucked up!!!!! I got this stalker chick....... i got sick of her text and restricted calls so i sent her a vid of me shootin one of my assault rifels and told her to stfu! So she went to the cops and i'm fucked! See ya all in "3 to 5"!!!!!!

A good lawyer will get you off or close to it as long as she doesn't have physical proof that you threatened her. A vid of you shooting your rifle is not a threat. If you told her you might point that rifle at her..........you might be fucked. Otherwise, keep your head up.

you should be fine depending on what all was said in the message and whether it will even be admissible as evidence.... i mean it "wasn't actually you in the video anyways." a good lawyer will at least work out a good plea bargain so youll just get a slap on the wrist.

dude, even i could get you off of that bogus charge. common law is well documented with cases identical to yours. the charge she would be pursuing would be assault, one of the fundamental elements to assault is the ability to effectuate, your 'threat' of a video doesnt not constitute ability to effectuate. 12(b)(6) motion for summary judgment granted for defendant, case dismissed sucka!
