I don't think they can prosecute on implied intention either, cuz the implications could have been taken out of context unless you actually were stupid enough and wrote something down and sent it with the vid., to clarify your intentions. Or worse yet, if you are still engaging in conversations with her. You could have implicated yourself as threatening her with a firearm... brandishing a weapon....terrositic threat..... even assault so many times by now......
