Re: ADHD meds

I believe that anyone randomlly pulled off the street will test positive for ADD/ADHD. The docs and pill makers make buku dollars off this market and will perscribe as much as they can.

I myself, always had a hard time learning things that didn't directlly relate to me...like Algebra or English. I learn better with hands on mechanical stuff. It wasn't untill college that I went in to get perscribed Adderall after being tested for ADD/ADHD. I'm a person that is more self medicated than anything. Little smoke here, lotta beer there, and good old upper to get me thru a cold diesel day. Adderall is a strong drug, and taking it every day is crazy...it's no wonder why there are kids acting like zombies! I only take it on the days that are filled with work and school. I don't like to say that it helps me focus, it helps me stay awake when I'm in a monotonous situation.

Get a job that keeps you active with your mind and that should help, I'm a designer/draftman and love it...well as much as one can enjoy work.

Well this post has gone on for too long so ya, I also am in the ADD/ADHD boat.

This might make you focus

Fuck that it's just kids running wild and parent's thinking it's the teacher's job to raise their kid when the teacher is limited in how they can keep the kids in line.

+1trillion and then when somebody gets older they blame all their fuck ups on this fake adhd that they they were told they had. a dude I knew a long time ago had been on meds for 8 years and we got him to stop it over a long partying weekend and he was fairly normal after he stopped the meds.
All these meds just keep the prescription companies and government officials RICH !!!!!!!!
