Re: thinkin of buyin a H2, what do you think?

When Chevy first introduced the Avalanche I couldnt stand it. I thought it looked like crap. I saw one today, slammed with some rims. The first one ive seen that I thought looked good. Maybe the slammed Chevy with rims isnt a bad idea?

the only h1's that are 120k+ are the special edition ones... some guy in town has one of them, it's pimpin, but i'm not in the military... and yes, i can afford 26's, there is no point in having them... it's still a truck, and still needs to go over curbs and through dirt sometimes.. so why would i have 26's with low profiles and be scared to ding them goin over a curb... yeah full coverage of course, but why go through the system of filing a claim, it's a *****, trust me, i've had a bike and a car stolen + several systems... and don't worry about the spelling on the plate, you won't be able to afford more than the civic you drive now

Re: thinkin of buyin a H2, what do you think?

yeah a buddy of mine has the ss chevy.. but you can get a regular 1500 with a very comporable motor for about 15k less... i looked it up, the blowers are like 8k, that sucks, on my camaro they were like 2k... i always wanted to get a silverado and slam it, on some nice rims.. but i have a chevy truck now, and am kinda sick of the truck interior, not too much room.. the h2 has plentyyyy o room, and nope didn't buy one yet,, going to wait a while, putting a downpayment on a house right now... it's not like my pockets are spilling over with funds

Maybe you should do some research before you make statements. The open top hummer is 129k and the wagon is 140k and thats the base price. And what special edition are you talking about. As for affording one, I was looking at a used one but could not afford insurance, from what I understand they will rape you on insurance unless you own a business. O yeah let me correct another thing, I drive a fx45 not a civic. Well if money is not a issure, Why don't you get mommy and daddy to buy you a new bike instead of a car, that 929 is a little out dated. Let me add one more thing didn't you say you were thinking about getting a truck slamming it and putting rims on it. What do you think your going to be able to go over curbs with that and go off road. So I don't think its a issue with messing up the rims, I am going with my first guess and saying its a money issue. Hmm lets ask the people on here, what would they rather sport. If money was not a issue. A H2 on 22's or one with 24's or 26's of if you really want to be the man 28's.

Hey your making it seem like you got all this cash, your paying for a h2 up front, you say you can afford 26's, so if you swing all that why not sport a new bike. Most people that can afford stuff like that buy new sh!t. See I was going to get a new bike, mine got totalled, but instead I just did a bunch of custom sh!t. I have about the same amount in it what a new one would have ran me. I have 1500 just in paint materials. I am sure you will never see anything like it. Atleast i am not driving a cheaper knock off of a car.

have you seen a military hummer in person????? and have you seen a commercial H1???
The interior of a military one is all metal with some thin cushions for the seats, there is no radio (ok we have radios, but they don't play music and the public will NEVER get ahold of them), no A/C, heat sucks, windshield wipers suck, blinkers suck and they are LOUD as hell, not easy to have a conversation in one oh and if it has metal doors you at least have real windows, if it has canvas doors you get to enjoy trying to unzip them the "roll" them down...and half the time the canvas rips. They are painted with CARC paint that flakes off. That is why they are so cheap! there are no options and they are they are less than the bare minimum.
go look at a commercial H1 now! it has a real interior and nice pretty paint job and all the options. You really should have done some research before making such stupid statements like Cheesus said.

because i STUNT my bike. which means it gets beat up.. why go spend 10k on a brand new bike that i'm going to fvck up anyway? it's not like i'm living in a mansion or anything, not like i rock a rolex, but i set a goal for myself to get an h2, and that's wha ti plan to do. i am making good enough money to treat myself to something like that, i don't see why u gotta be a bytch about this and try to act like you know me or my situation, so once again, in closing, shut tha fvck up

you're the one who started this thread asking for opinions! You have totally been rude to anyone who disagrees with you. and then you talk about crap that you have no actual knowledge of and when corrected you continue to act like a jack ass. Grow up. I'm not telling you to buy an H1, I'm telling you to get your facts straight before you shoot off at the mouth, because you really don't know a stinking thing even though you think you do. research isn't hard to do, do a google search before you talk next time.

a military RAT huh, well i have done plenty more than sit in them, i can work on my stupid hummer too, i can also work on M113 APC's (which are 100 times more fun to drive than hummers). i don't even have to work on the things, but i know how, just in case.

yeah you go ahead and try to customize a military one and save 70K. i'd like to see how it ends up and i bet you it would still be an uncomfortable LOUD POS...and i may not be a pro but i sure as hell know more about H1's and H2's than you do.

good for you, but the simple fact is it doesn't matter how much you know about them, atleast i can afford one, you'll be a salaried gov test bunny for the rest of your life, why are you even on this site? do you stunt? no, so get the fvck out. I asked about an h2, not for people to give me bullshit about h1's, i haven't done research on them cuz i could give a fvck less, i don't want one. I don't see why that is so hard to comprehend. Should i be amazed you know how to work on a vehicle? i've built plenty of cars n bikes, so i don't want to hear your bullshit. In the meantime, go work on "your" hummers.
