| Re: FTP like a mother fukcer if you had an attorney he should have motioned to have the case dismissed. if you were representing yourself you could have done the same on the grounds that if the plaintiff was not prepared for trial that is not your fault and that the case should be dismissed |

| Re: FTP like a mother fukcer well i called my atourney a little bit ago b/c its been bugging the shit outta me and basically she said since the suponea was issued by the state the judge has the choice or not to continue the case so it was the judge that was being gay... **** THE LEGAL SYSTEM!!! |

| Re: FTP like a mother fukcer I showed up to court once for a speeding ticket and the judge decided two days earlier to postphone court for another two months....and apparently I was supposed to get a letter that they mailed out on a monday, and I had court on wednesday.....I drove an hour just to find out it had been postphoned...  But on the bright side, they dropped my speeding charge and gave me a parking ticket....Still shitty though...sucks when you show and they don't
