![]() | Re: Disappointed with the new..... Without Opinions...great Ideas would never come about! Personally, I miss the "HOW TO's" Section of the Mag. Very informative for us people still learning! Maybe writing letters or emails to the editor.....Express yourIdeas and opinions and what you would love to see more of........Will bring bigger and better things to this Mag. Photo....Keep up the good work.....Your pics still make me come back and look for more! Teach....Thanks for keeping it oldschool and continuing to raise the bar! Goodluck with the new handbrake!!! I feel the pain of all of us Northern Brothas who can't ride due to the weather. Everyone else....Keep sending them your pics....your event info for coverage.....copy of your video's for review....And let the advertisers continue to support! ![]() Last edited by INSAIN : 12-11-2004 at 02:47 AM. |

true but they got there own mags for that reason, why does it have to be overflowing in this mag? they do a big artical on lbz and explain everything they stand for and how its good to stick to your roots. im not sure what im trying to say all i know is that there is a lot of boring crap in there that i could do without , id rather read about stunting..not flakey cookie cutter paint jobs ![]() | |

![]() | Re: Disappointed with the new..... First off it is a growing mag, things will more than likely change alot before the first 5 years are up(if it lasts that long....and I hope it does) Second....its called Super Street Bike, not Super Stunt Bike. I personally do not like all the bling-bling drag bikes.....but I would rather look at a few pages of them(along with some interesting stories about the builders/ owners, than to have to look at more harley and harley knock offs in ALL the other bike mags.Remember....Playboy has more than naked chicks in it.....I will look at Sports Illustrated if I wanna see large sweaty men in tight pants(but my opinion will not stop the football editions) Third....the Icon ad, its not like they took away from the mag....those were EXTRA PAGES if ya dont like dont look. |

![]() | Re: Disappointed with the new..... I can't speak for the rest of the country, but in Southern California, Stunt riding and stunters are pretty much hated by every type of motorcycle rider. The canyon guys hate stunt riders and wish they would go away . Same can be said for racers. The ONLY group that supports the stunt riders and stunting is the clubs and custom bike builders. It seems like everytime someone tries to support stunt riders, the bite the hands that feed thems. Unless stunt riders want to only perform each other, I would hope they would be supportive of those that support them.

![]() | Re: Disappointed with the new..... there was a letter in the recent Cycle World, or Sport Rider or Motorcyclist i can remember cause I get all three... but it it was ignorant people(like alot here) bitching about the ICON ad that was run in last months issue.. the editor responded that due to the ICON ad there was more editorials in that issue because of the ad space in there.. I didnt mind it cause hey like a couple said.. flip past it.. (i think it coulda been placed in the back of the issue but heh this is a business we are talking about, for all you wannabe hustlers out there you should know what it takes to make money...) as for the bling bling bikes.. yea they are cool, but it was slightly overplayed in this issue... the PM busa doing a wheelie was sick!, if the editor reads this post and makes it this far (as i doubt cause he will get sick of the useless crap that other people posted) something that would be cool in next issues to come would be outfitted stuntbikes..with maybe articles on DIY modifications for stunting.. ( zip tie sewing, Jb welding, streetfighter conversions, 12 bars, reserve coolant resovoirs, on board air compressors(filling flat tires after stunt session), crash crages, frame sliders, oil pick up lines, ect ect) also fiddy modifications for stunting... umm lets see.. some more quad stunting.. and a review section for stuntriders websites.. im sure i could think of more... but thats a good start! |
