Re: Whadda you bench?

My boy is 5'11'', 185 pounds, all natural, and benches 430lbs. Eats nothing but chicken and tuna, no steroids, no creatine, nothing. Genetic freak.

i hope you bring it to your collarbone on incline and not flat. flat goes to your nips otherwise if you bring it all the way down you're likely to hurt your rotator cuff or rear delts.

Look at the guy. YES, he is impressive as far as wieght for his stature. But I kid you not, he is a LITTLE fukkin guy. Look at the photo's in the link you gave. He's A LITTLE GUY. I bet he calt lift the same wieght double the height he has to.....

Sorry to be an ass but its true. He strong for having little arms, not being acutally strong compared to others.

I have VERY long arms so its obviousl that its harder for me than him anyday.

Congrats to him though..

ok...I'm not going to list all this crappola out...

I've lifted weights since i was in the Marines (joined in 96') and will probably always. I'm 5'7" and weight fluctuates between 168-183...so lets see...435 for bench and my body weight at the time was 183...that's 2.3 times my body weight HAHAHAHAH...How do you like them apples!

I am not going to doubt you but you seem wweaker than me. Your numbers don't seem to add up right to me.

If you do 225 12 times and max out at 435 that's pure bull shit my san diego brother.

I do 225 27 times. And your going to sit and tell me I can EASILY hit 450?

Not to mention doing 315 6 times? Bullshit. I can do 315 plenty.

Not that I doubt you but I don't see this happeneing...

Thanks Addies for the not being able to adjust the post after 5 min.....

Not I can hear him out. But if he's a Diego potna its hard. I am in Okie Land right now until I get home and I don';t like to cal my bro's out....

Its a small world in LA and San diego....

fuk it. Bro, who cares what you or i do, We are true famiily....

fuk it... Dieeeegoooooooooo bay baaaaaaaaayyy...

( and stay outta here if you got idea of coming to move and live here.....)

So, basically, you benched the collegiate bench press record twice without even wearing a bench shirt? Wow, impressive...

I doubt I could do 315 for 2 today...but anyone that lifts weights for years knows that its all about how much you put into the gym and your eating habits (there was some supplimentation during that period too and I'm not talking GNC).

Now where's my shirt

lol...this guy. Some Vitamin S, huh?
I've never even tried using a bench shirt. I'd rather do mine raw.

You didn't make it clear that is what you did before maxxing out. You posted it as if that is what you can do normally... Not what you did before the max.... YOu follow me now?

And damn, another immigrant to San Diego.... No wonder its all fukked up now and conjested. From all the immigrants from the other states making gas prices high, property expensive, and just a bitch to live in... Thanks, lol,

You make it sound like this stuff is a walk in the park. And if you really could do 150, congrats, that's pretty good for the fairer sex. But let me ask you? Did you weigh 100lbs? Not unless you were 4 foot 8 I submit. I don't know how tall you are, but I'd guess your body weight was in the 130's or 140's at the time. So, to implicate what you're saying, you should be able to bench 210-280? I'm also willing to bet you couldn't even lift that much weight off the rack.
I'm not trying to be mean to you either, and I don't know your friends, or if they're really as strong as you claim, but from experience, I know that most people at the gym aren't even as strong as I am, and my numbers are not impressive. The general population can't even bench one time their bodyweight.
Preach on my brother, preach on!
