Is web-site down permanently?

Anyone know if their web-site is down permanently or is it just for a short time?

No-one in their sales dept. will return my e-mails so i was gonna ask about my order on their forum. Now their site is down!

Did i just burn a few hundred dollars ordering from them before christmas or not????
