01 f4i help - Classified Ads Feedback Board

i got an 01 f4i when the key is on the gages dont come on or the fuel pump,and theres on spark,bike will turn over 4 ever. i jumped the bank angle wires and then bout a new one,swaped the ecu. please help anyone!!
