i have a good motor with 15k miles that has the head off, i bought it from someone that thought it was seized up, tore it down, found nothing wrong, put it back together and it spun free... i forgot to check if the starter itself was seized... it was.. so it needs the head put back on and its good to go. and dont worry about the engine being put together wrong im a motorcycle mechanic. i just have to many other projects going on to get back to this one and i could use the cash more than another bike.

i have a parts motor the cylnders were no longer any good from sitting outside with no spark plugs, so they were open to the elements
