I've got an '02 F4i in the part-out process, split-seat version. Most of the parts are going up on ebay, I figured I'd let market forces determine the prices. If you want the parts right away, make me an offer.

Pics of the tail make it look uglier than it is. All the cracks are fixed, everything is sanded, ready to paint. I just bondo'd the two minor cracks on the undertail, I'll sand it down before it gets mailed out.
