any way to put the voltage regulator on it and make sure that's the only problem? because if it runs i'll be interested

give it a couple of weeks and the voltage regulator will be replaced. this post is for a friend of mine from work, feel free to call the number above and suggest the voltage regulator be replaced first. so that's what i am trying to get accomplished here, a proof of the bikes worth not trying to scam anyone. will update with a post when replaced.
