03 Z400 $2,600 Bro - Bikes for Sale

I have for sale a 2003 Suzuki Z400. This quad was a pile of pieces 2 weekends ago and because of the nice weather I have finally had a chance to put it back together. All that needs to be done is mount of the front and rear plastic and finish bleeding the brakes (they stop the quad but could be bled better with 2 people). The rear plastic is currently just sitting on the quad to hold the battery. The quad was bought over the winter, the previous owner had taken it apart to get the frame replaced by Suzuki for a 03 defective frame and it was replaced with a 06 brand new frame. While apart he decided to paint it with spray paint and completely lost interest in putting it back together. I bought it and unfortunately do not have the time or money anymore to put into this toy. When I put it back together I put in brand new complete rear end bearings (axle carrier, linkage, swing-arm), brand new chain, front and rear sprockets, and stainless steel pivot bolt. All the quad needs is a few nuts and bolts here and there that I was never given and I would replace the rear rotor and pads. I do have extra parts to go with it including another swing-arm, linkage, exhaust, skid plate, few other misc parts and another set of brand new sprockets. Easily put a couple bucks into it and have a reliable quad for short money. seems like a direct copy and paste from craigslist... lol

Speaking as the former owner, the quad is a STEAL at that price. If i were to re-acquire it, i would invest in the black plastics for it, and black wheels all the way around...

Motor is real strong, and now the bearings and frame are as well... its 95% new again, all it needs is a new rider and a very few select odds and ends...
