A convicted felon caught purchasing unregistered machine guns and silencers from an undercover ATF agent , and having other 3 guns in the car at the time of arrest , including one that was loaded .

Also having other unregistered guns at his house , including some that were bought from an informant .

It is also against federal law for a convicted felon to have another person get firearms on their behalf.

That's pretty serious .
