to me the R6 is too twitchy and has too much throttle! the gixxer seems to be more sluggish and heavier... people that already know how to ride well, seem to think my R6 is smooth as hell... so... give me another month on the gixxer.. and i'll going to try it on my R6..

Gixxers are not TERRIBLE. They just aren't hondas. I mean to me the price difference is not enough for me to buy a bike with a so so history as opposed to a Honda which I know and trust. Sure a Honda can have tons of problems, but from my own little word they are more proven.

From the dirt to the street I have had nothing but engine problems with suzuki's. I will NOT buy one

I agree to be honest man, they all have pros and cons, but they are all so close it's a retarded conversation.....although based on the poll most folks do seem to like Honda's. It's all i've had but my bro had a GSXR 750 and he loved it......

I think who ever made this post (I am too lazy to scroll and find out) got Gixxie and GIxxer mixed up...

Gixxie sucks....a lot!!! But Gixxers rock..I have an '04 and Matt schwartz, Ryan Cramer and the likes of them have rode it, while teaching me shit and they love it...although I have heard that the earlier models were a pain, but TImex (my roomate) rocked a 97 750 forever and he was doing real good, but now he rides an f4i....I think to each is own...the bike is important but it boils down to the rider, and that was proven when Ronnie (DV8) jumped on my bike and rocked standup no handers and 0's without Idle turned up...so I know my bike can do the shit...but I have to do it!! DOn't blame the bike, blame the rider!!!
