Does 03-06 600RR need the second Idle mod??

the second idle mod like the F4i,

I was looking at schematics and the original idle screw goes to the wax unit like the F4i, so it looks like it does need the second idle screw.

can a 600rr guy please confirm or deny this.

Re: Does 03-06 600RR need the second Idle mod??

it's not that bad at all

gotta move the ECU and unplug a couple injectors, other then that it's about the same as a f4i, remove the gas tank and air box

I've had multiple 600rr's down to pieces for friends, hell I even was rocking flamingo's on this one before he got his new motor!

Re: Does 03-06 600RR need the second Idle mod??

psh fuck that. you gotta unplug the whole damng wiring harness and that fucking airbox comes apart in like 3 pieces and is like wedged in there........grrr i hate 600rr's lol theres only like 2 bolts holding an entire f4i together.
