![]() | Re: brakes pulsing I have the same prob with my RR. Front tire is bouncing off the ground under braking. Rotors are straight... I don't think it could be caused by air in the lines. I'm thinking it's a broken bushing in the fork tube??? |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: brakes pulsing It's either bent rotors (you don't be able to physically SEE the bend..) or a loose steering stem nut/worn steering stem bearings or loose clip-ons, or loose triple.. my f4i's rotors were fucked when I bought it with only around 12k on it |

![]() | Re: brakes pulsing It's so wierd because my bike will do it even at way low speed. -it's like a.b.s. or something. I checked my rotors with a straight edge and they're cool. So weird... |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: brakes pulsing only way u can truely check rotors is with a run-out gauge.. and i get a insane vibration on my 954 and my rotors are not warrpped. when i try stoppies the vibration will progressively get worse as the slower they go vibrating violently. im thinking worn/broke bushing...

![]() | Re: brakes pulsing Im pretty positive it isn't the rotors or any bushings cuz it wasn't doing it the day b4, just after I put the bars on and now that I think of it I prob. forgot to tighten down the steering stem nut good cuz I wasn't sure if I was going to have to add risers to clear the top adjusters, when I get home im going to check it out thanks towliee ![]() |

![]() | Re: brakes pulsing yea dude, for next time, you have to use a dial-indicator guage and you note the min, and maximum the dial "wows" from,...anything over 0.40" is way too much...my buddy put brand new pads and rear rotor on his bike and smoked the pads and ruined his new rotor/disc....he didn't break-in the disc properly and spit the pad core out during a BP application....take care of your shit and next time you go to 12 it your ass wont look like burnt pizza. |
