My bike 04 6rr running high temp for stunt (idle 4000rpm). The fan mod(dual fan mod) is necessary !
I found two (8x8cm thick 4cm 12v 1.8A 9000RPM made of aluminum) server fan on China Taobao .
It cost me about 12 USD.

1.Now,drain your coolant .
2.Remove tubes on radiator.
3.Disconnect stock fan plug before remove the radiator.
4.Don't lean the radiator or the coolant will leak.
5.Thinking how to do the wire and rack to mount on radiator.


Wire two of fan on stock fan. and screw them together on right of radiator.

Now,install your radiator on. Make sure your fan not hit the cam sensor.



Done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

R6 fan might be cheap n ez to install in USA/Europe.
