dirtbike bars on 07 Gsxr?

Im having problems putting dirtbike handle bars on my 07 Gsxr. the problem is that the upper triple clap seems to be wrong in so many ways, to weak and the underside doesnt have a good mounting suface. Any advise?

Re: dirtbike bars on 07 Gsxr?

They were tag 7/8" bar risers. Believe I used aluminum spacers from a powers cage. The spacer fit snug over the bolt and was about 1/2" long. Then a washer ontop of that and the nut. I only used spacers so I could make sure to tighten the nut bevy there isn't that much space under the tripple bevy of the way it's casted. If u drill the holes in the riteplace, the spacers sit flat on thetripple
