05/06 636 front end on 03/04

I'm sure theres alot of people out here who have already done this so i need some help here. Alright so i got 05/06 636 forks and the front calipers, lines and master cylinder. My questions are will the 03/04 front rim, fender and axle all bolt up to the 05/06 forks? And how about the upper and lower triples and nut? Oh and front rotors? Although i'm already getting a set of front rotors. Need some help here
