I jus started practicin 2 days ago and after 6 trys (about 10min) I drug the tail knocked off my brake light, Busted my carbon fiber exhaust, and knocked off a fuel sensor. I instictively stepped back off the bike when it got there (didnt mean to it jus happened) ended up walkin with it about ten feet until my hand rippin the throttle open and the bike left me standin there. Today I thought well that was pretty easy so I made a bar and put it on as to not destroy my subframe and tail light again. (bad move) I went out to our stunt grounds and after 2 try's I came up at an angle and jacked down on the corner of the bar . Dumped the bike pretty hard and thought I broke both ankles but their jus sprained pretty bad , busted my elbows up for like the 5th time. I've been doin em with my left foot on the rear peg standin should I rty sit downs first or does it matter? EZ

shiet, 12s are whack at times....pisses me off a buddy of mine perfects it in a week and after 3 weeks im still trying.

i guess everyone is different on how they learn and how they do it. i think the only thing staying the same is the bike is at 12...everything else differs from each rider....

but i believe 12s are the most fun and exciting stunt to learn....everything else seems to come easier after trying to learn 12s....

i think its the most feared stunt as well...well its fun and scary as shiet at the same time for me.

this is what happens when a 12 goes wrong while practicing...

yea thats my stator side as you can see, it pretty much blew up.

for you 954 owners...GET A CAGE...that stator cover sticks out WAY too far.

What about learning on a quad first? I started to do them on my brother’s quad this week only after a few tries. I don't know how it will carry over to a bike though. What do the 12 O’clock pimps think?

929's are the same way with the stator i just wrecked mine doin a rev limit coaster but it was on the clutch side blew the whole side of my motor out and tor my clutch basket up . learning 12's on a quad gives you the same principle as on a bike the biggest thing to remember on a bike is low air pressure and go slow

12 question

Okay I just started these about 2 days ago. I can bring the bike up right to the balance point pretty damn well now. I'm having a hard time going past it because it scares the shit outta me and I'm having a hard time pushing the break in (gonna adjust it to come on a little sooner to fix that).
The biggest problem I'm having is when I clutch it up my one finger sometimes grabs the clutch when I'm up at 10:30ish and it just falls down. I guess I'm just wondering if everyone keeps their finger out or do they bring it back on the grips? I wear leather gloves so it's hard to get my finger back past the clutch, might try and lower it a half inch to fix that also though.

i think learning with out a bar is the way to go, if you master scrapn' plastic it will make you all the more smoother when you do get a bar, but once you do it on the plastic you are gonna wonder what took so long, so f@#k it and just send it back. good luck!!

damn i don't know if anyoen else has this problem but my scrapes are so unpredictable. proabably partially due to my tweaked subframe but damn it's hard to set it down flat. all i really want to learn right now is how to drag wel but it's not an easy road for me
