yeah I feel ya ... I like the XD's but I think Im gonna go with the classic!!

 

I love my kimber custom covert II. 1500 rounds through it and not a single problem. I have the xdm .40 also but since I got the kimber I never shoot the xdm.

 

GET AN ACOG AND A SUREFIRE

 

I've already got a surefire light on it. I dot like the acog's...They aren't fast enough for me. I like having as much peripheral vision as possible. Eotech with a flip to side magnifier is nice, though!

 

Only thing I dislike about the SOCOM II's, is with the weight! They are a little on the heavy side, but I reckon when I get me a nice long distance gun, it will be a heavy barrel .308 or if I could find one, an old school sniper rifle with a 30/06 caliber! That would be ****! Ha ha.
