Nice rifle too Scott- btw. Lucky bastard!
used the EO Yech 552, and the ACOG..... but a reflex sight is by far the best way to go for CQB.

yep, yep! Trijicon has the best tac optics. Be prepared to pay for greatness tho. And I love this video on my tactical illuminator for my pistol. Works for long guns too.

Re: new rifle comin soon

Trijicon reflex (24mm) is sick, but I still prefer the meprolight (30mm) over the trijicon. Believe it or not, that extra 6mm makes a huge difference! -also the meprolight is brighter with less deflection.

Yeah the eotechs are sick. I actually meant the 512... I def don't need to pay the extra $ for a night vision setting! -not with supervision coming out! (No blooming)

Yea, I am going off of info from about 6... no shit! ...more like 9 years ago (damn) when I was heavy into tactical shooting sports and shit. Burnnin through tons of (cheaper back then) rounds in my AR and entry drills in the back yard... (I'm the only house on a square mile out in the county)

I do it anymore in spurts since I started huntin on film, but I have to admit I have ben gettin back into it watching and helping out with my bro building his M4 carbine. And all the new shit that is out he's ben pickin up to pimp his weapon out is pretty cool.
I was more into shit like back then they didn't have a reflex ON TOP of an ACOG as an option! LOL Just like the TAO1NSN was the best ACOG you could get.

technology is great! :YEAH

Re: new rifle comin soon

Yeah, that new acod with the doctor red dot is sick! I'm still a newbie to all of this stuff. Just trying to learn everything I can! Alexander Arms is right down the road from me... I've kinda had my eye on a 10.5" 6.5 Grendel upper... That or even the crazy .50 Beowolf upper. That thing is crazy to see shot in person!

Re: new rifle comin soon

OH I know.. if I had a ton of money and an FFL I'd have HK bought out of every subgun, and precision rifle they make! and probably a pistol for shits n grins!

I like heckler and koch. the HK UMP .45 submachinegun was brand new back when I was as into that as I am stunting now. That is where all my money goes to anymore, and bowhunting. it's all fun as hell!:YEAH
