Just picked up a sled

Never owned a sled before. I have ridden them many times (i work at a ski lodge), but never had my own. i bought this shitty old bucket from this dude cheap and i'm gonna get it running. Anyone ever heard of a Yamaha SS 440??? I searched online and didn't find much about it. I'm guessing it's from the early 80's. I gotta get it running before it snows, but don't know much about them.

Yeah it's old for sure, but in decent shape for an old piece.

Re: Just picked up a sled

I have a 77 Yamaha enticer 440, and had a 79 exciter 340. They pretty much run forever like. The 340 I had doing wheelies, and the 440 will easily do over 100. They're powerful
