Re: How SLOW can you go ?

Im doing them standing on the rear bar covering the rear brake (standard rear bar stance) Its the easiest for me for sure ......
I did 9.7 seconds today.....Dang it Almost 10 seconds
Still not worthy of posting a Vid....I know I'll have 12 or 15 seconds by the weekend..(I'll post a vid as soon as i bust 10 seconds)... I still have 6 PSi in my rear tires
Tomorrow I drop them to FLAT (almost) I think that'll be worth a few seconds....hehe....plus I have some other ideas of minor mods or adjustments that might improve this technique (trying my idle at different levels) ......
You can do this anywhere ....put 2 sticks in the ground 10 feet apart in your yard ....Or paint lines in your driveway ....(or use chalk if dont want it to be permanent)(or black paint to camo it in the driveway)
I painted 3 lines 10 feet apart 20 foot total (In the camera's view) so I can do 2 attempts each pass hehe
I cant wait to see someone bust 20 or 30 seconds....a long one like that would be a good time to talk to the camera too ...hehe later

Re: How SLOW can you go ?

Well it's rained every day since I've seen this post, so I don't have any recent vids...but I happened to stumble acrossed one from last year.

I wasn't really "trying" to see how slow I could go in a certain amount of feet, so it's obviously not that great, but I guess it's better than nothing.

Didn't get the first part of the wheelie on tape so it looks like it's about 23 seconds. It appears to be within the 10 foot mark, but hard to tell I guess.

That was pretty awesome man.... it looked like about 20 feet to me, but you are showing some really impressive control. props
I think if you actually laid down a 10 foot mark.... you'd hit something Loooong....that would give us something to shoot for.... for awhile.....

I've improved a little....and hope to vid something closer to 15 seconds.... in the next couple of weeks.

Re: How SLOW can you go ?

Alright Everybody ....I'm reviving this OLD thread !!!!

It has fallen wayside and been forgotten ..... except by me

I still love trying to go slow.... and have gotten a little better...here's a recent vid with a pass through the 10 foot box in 11.5 seconds !! the 3rd pass is the slowest one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aTzYAOfDYLU

AustinZ400.....you still willing to put up some cash ?? for that 30 second pass ...hehe

Phears ?? c'mon man ...let's see what you got ...

Catman ??? I'm still waitin on that Vid

Alot of people made some claims in this thread (including myself...LOL ...15 and 20 seconds...ROFL WTF was I thinking )

I KNOW for a fact that I've got LESS skills than Many other riders on this board.... I'd LOVE to see someone with Some REAL SKILLS , Show us all how it's Done !! Show us Some REAL SLOWS ..and some clutch control...and some brake control ! C'mon guys !
