I'm 70% all it would do is clog the airflow and rob power, there is no way that a battery powered "turbo" could put out enough to make more than a PSI or two, but hey if you have a .5 horse goped it may do something, haha

Nooo Waaayyyy. A psi or 2 would be noticable difference. Any positive air flow might make a difference. A battery powered turbo would make some serious power but you would need a car to haul around the batteries.
