**the holy grail of supermoto handbrakes, fullthrottleinc dual caliper!!**
Bill's new dual caliper handbrake from www.fullthrottleinc.net for the crf450 is the only way to go. Some of you know I have been messing with supermoto handbrakes for 3 years now, after 5 different setups, this is THE ONE!! I have never felt a supermoto handbrake that works like the ones on a streetbike, even my best setup is 2 finger lock with the adapter style I was runnin. The dual caliper is so touchy it took a second to get used to, but now its game on. ONE FINGER LOCK ALL OVER THE PLACE. Even way past BP this thing is bringin me back in check. If you are serious about circle combos, figure eights, stalls, death spins and hc circles, don't waste you time or money on any other setup, save up for this puppy!! Run it with the 1/2 nissan, no need for brembo, and you'll be as stoked as me right now....well maybe not since Ive been waiting 3 years, LOL.
Trust me, I have been there and tried it all on my CRF and nothing even comes to half the stopping power as this setup. I'm so stoked right now, I gotta get of this keyboard and go ride!!
THANKS BILL!!

this is kind of relatd to the topic.
Ryan you should do a write up with pictures of how you got your whole bike setup. not only would it show other SM guys how to properly set their **** up but it would also advertise for you and bill and any other products you run.

I think they made a few, dunno if they stopped due to poor demand or because the DRZ already has a rear caliper large enough. Emailed Bill earlier this Autumn and he told me they were going to make a few brackets to see if people bought them, but it looks as if they might have continued using only the adapter setup. Probably possible to still get hooked up with a dualcaliper setup for the DRZ though if you ask, since they probably still have the "blueprints" for it.

I knew you would love that setup Ryan, I ended up taking off the 1/2 Nissin, and I put a 16x18 brembo on, it's f'king SWEEEEET with the brembo, give that a try if you have an extra brembo laying around. It will be a bit stronger, so be ready to feather the brake, 'cause it will Bite!
But once you roll with the brembo, I dont think you'll go back to the 1/2 nissin.
