Re: Who has a WR250X?

I hear they are really weak on power. They are also really restricted like air box and exhaust. I have a friend that put one together at a dealership and took it for a spin.

Mine is bone stock, I took those pics with 3 miles on the bike, LOL. My plan for that is to get some stunt parts on it, its a super fun bike and really easy to wheelie, and ride around town on. Right now I am lookin at, top handlebar clamp to put some fat bars on it, HB kit, rear axle sliders, foot bar, stunt pegs, and as many other goodies as I can make for it.

The Suzuki 400SM is awesome as well. I wonder if we can expect any updates anytime soon on it.

yeah, it is, but I couldn't get the motor to run in a circle, so I sold it. everytime I popped it up, it would sputter and die, unless I popped it up and pulled the clutch and coasted around, then gave it a bump to keep spinnin, but it was wack.

I don't see any metal, so it must be surrounded by the plastic shrouds. I think most dirtbikes made from 2000 up have platic shrouds around the tank, except suzuki, thats why they look so old to me.

Re: Who has a WR250X?

i test rode a wr250x. it was my first ever ride on a motard and I loved it.. then i rode a 400sm. as cool as the 250 is, you still feel like you need more power. the 400 has it ..and if you need a bit more go big bore!
