DRZ400SM: Handbrake? Sprockets?

I'm new to the site, but it looks like I came to the right place to get some answers. I have an '06 DRZ400SM that I do some half ass stunting with, more hooliganism than anything but I've been wanting to practice more parking lot slow stuff. I'm wondering where I should go and what I should get for a handbrake setup. Also wondering what size sprockets are being used by everyone else stunting the bike. I don't take this bike on the highway, so top speed is not an issue as long as its no slower than topping off @ 60 mph. I'd really appreciate any input and/or pics. Thanks in advance

First ask yourself: do you need a handbrake yet? In other words, have you got the basics down cold and are a master on that foot brake?

Re: DRZ400SM: Handbrake? Sprockets?

I've had rear braking down cold for a while. I feel having a handbrake will open a few more doors for me, like for flamingos and highchairs and other wheelie variations that exclude the use of the footbrake lever. I can wheelie the piss out of my DRZ, but I'd like to slow 'em down with some bigger sprockets and control the more advanced ones with a handbrake. I've got 12 o'clock bars and scrape tail easily, but I'm ready to make my motard VERY stuntworthy with a bike rear sprocket and a handbrake, maybe some stunt pegs. Basically what I'm asking is what should I buy and where can I find it for my bike???

What's he got right now? Anything that would work with the stock headlight switch?

Re: DRZ400SM: Handbrake? Sprockets?

Thanks, I dropped bill a line. I'm still running stock sprockets but plan on going up some teeth in the back and down in the front but what I'm wondering is what kind of tooth #s am I looking at without making the bike totally unstreetable?

Re: DRZ400SM: Handbrake? Sprockets?

Bill @ fullthrottleinc said he does have a complete kit for the DRZ supermoto and it DOES work with th stock headlight switch. He said it's the highest quality kit he sells and its $400 so that's the route I'll be going. Now for the sprockets...?

I run a 13/52 on my Aprilia SVX, top speed is 85MPH and still does standups on the freeway, circle combos, and comute to the shop and back.
