Trouble with KTM Sting 125 - Super Moto/Motards...

Hey! I've got trouble with my KTM. When i'm trying to start the engine it doesn't want to. Once it starts it's going a while and then it turns off. Is it possible that the cause is that i've run out all the gas and then i fuel up new one. How to make it alive ?? I don't have kickstarter only electric starter.
