Takes about 30 minutes to drop the engine on the 636. It's one of the easiest bikes you could have to work on.

Download a manual, follow the instructions, and before you know it, the engine will be sitting on the ground.


To keep the thread on track... Hey sign, t-shirt, sticker guy... I'm still waiting on those "throw away" stickers!

When I had 2 03's a few years ago I did several frame & motor swaps and your right. very easy bikes to break down. The 1 thing I love about 03 & up zx6aaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrsssss:YEAH
