Got me kicked off of my server!!! They won't let me back!

Hello,

This message is to inform you that unfortunately we have had to suspend
your domain due to excessive resource utilization. We truly value your
business, but have found that your domain's resource utilization is
negatively affecting the websites of our other 12,000 customer. To
maintain high quality service for those customers, we are reluctantly
forced to suspend your site at this time.

Because of the resources your site is using, your hosting needs may

mail access active until you can find alternate hosting.

Phew, the cancled my account before my account got a big bill. They have 12000 customers & said I was using 1/2 the bandwith for the entire company! HAHAHHA

thats gotta be wrong, what were you hosting? 12K customers at the minimum of 5gb of BW a piece is 60K gb, i hope my math is right..
if that is the case there would be no way for me to host it for you!! i only get 2000gb month bandwidth limit! lol

it's foul they'd just pull the plug like that, they act like you're serving al-jazeera vids or something?

If you haven't found a new host yet: www.crystaltech.com is who I used for about 4 years or so with zero problems. I bounced over my transfer allowance a few times and never got any grief over it, not to mention they have a good support organization and their response/setup times are pretty tight.

edit: just reread the '1/2 the company thing' and that is damn funny
