I received explicit permission to use his picture on my site, and since he is technically the copyright owner of it, I have all of the legal clearance I need to continue hosting it.

Since the picture is of you in a public venue, I believe you are, in short, plain SOL. You might be able to pursue me under some sort of child pornography statutes however, since you DO have some fastastic jubblies.
