I dont think that applies here but I'm not 100% sure. I know I've refinanced people who just purchased homes within the past year who complained about how their taxes went up already. I know if its a new construction, thats a different story but again, I'm not 100% on that. I'll ask my girl. Shes a real estate attorney and now I'm curious to see if thats true.

Eagle cab high cap off my 2002 F250 short bed. Black in color, fits short bed. Sliding side windows,slider front window, and battery operated dome light. Came on the truck I bought but I haul bikes so I took it off. Come with rail clamps. It looks a little dull because it has been sitting in my driveway since July without being washed, but it will wash and wax out to a nice shine.

Local pick up in 48186 (outside Detroit) only
$500 or best offer
