ld be an extra $180 every paycheck. I guess he has been working on it since December, but it just went through now. He said he's not done with the raises yet either. The pay raise came from me going from PD engineer 2 to PD engineer 3. he said "that was the first step".:YEAH

The email was actually was better than the raise because it validated all of the things I have been bitching about for the last 2 years.

My feelings will probably change when I get my next paycheck because it will have double the raise amount to retro the raise back to the 1st of the month.

Still 10K under what i should be making, but at least now I am in the classification that has that pay level in the salary range. I am 1,100 from the bottom, and it has a range of $22,300 from the highest to the lowest.
