It won't let you join if you have the same ip address. At least that's what I've read. I haven't tried it myself.

I just ask mike because I am way too busy(lazy) to figure routes out ... it's easier in europe though, usually just go back and forth

Yeah unless we're on different switches and routers.. He's on a route once he's done he'll leave his company and join ours
