Stuntwars june 13-15th 2008 first points round - Events & Stunt Competitions

Stuntwars in association with Showtime Motorsports in Madison, WI. will be holding the next event at Road America on June 13-15th 2008 this will also be the first points round of a 6 stop tour with the final round being held in Lakeland at the Jan. Stuntwars event. Bubba Sparxxx will be there doing his thing, FMX freestyle, Car Drifting, Helicopter Rides, Motard Races and more, check back on www.stuntwars.com for details of the events, they will be posted up this week. we are doing some up dates on the Stuntwars website.

Sounds good, I would love to see the dates of all the SW and XDL events continue to work with each other and not overlap!!! Keep it up Todd!

Then I went to the website, it's with the Starboys events, that overlap XDL. That, for the lack of a better word, SUCKS. It would be one thing if riders could make all the stops but now you're going to have to align yourself with one point series or the other.

I would like to support both events. It would be good to see them all work, and work well, damn, this bums my old ass out. I'm down to show up to as many as possible, this year is to short!

looks like i'm about 90% sure i'll be attending WI, unfortunately wont be able to make the starboyz event (my favorite of the yeaer by far) because I'll be at xdl....

Where is the petition to sign for a new Starboyz date? I know XDL is locked into the HIN schedule. Any info if SB is locked into that specific date other than "because" at this point?

Not taking away from SB at all, I'm definitely not saying they should work around XDL. I just want to attend both!

the overall points i doubt will have anything to do with anyone entering lakeland in january...of course you wont be in the running for the points, but every comp is a comp.

and nick, i'm pretty sure scott and kevin did try to change the date, but i guess they were locked into that weekend as well.

hopefully we can have little to no overlap in the future bc i know there are a gaggle of us that want to go to all the comps...missing SB is the biggest disapointment of the year so far for me...i love them homos and their event!

am i wrong in thinking you can't compete at the xdl finals unless you have competed and qualified at a previous xdl event ?

you are correct...for this one event anyways, bc it's the championship.

at future events you basically need to not be a squid

seems stupid to me to not let people compete , i mean just because your not in the running for the championship shouldn't mean you can't compete at the event ....

not every one can make every event but if it's close to where they live then they may want to go but if they can't ride then why go ?

look at supercross if they only let the people in the running compete it would be one rider after the third event..lol
