Re: Why flatland

flatland is nothing like stunting. theres no motor or brakes just balance and scuffing tires

Re: Why flatland

the only thing you use to balance a streetbike is your brakefoot and throttlehand. in my opinion stuntin streetbikes is easier than flatland by miles. just my .02 cents

the brake and throttle doesn't keep the bike from going side to side and i definetly use body english in wheelies and stoppies

Re: Why flatland

ya i know you use body english to move bike around. look in my avatar pic im leaning the bike there for s/s 0. after selling my r6 and getting into flatland i just think its totally different. a 180 pound person cant balance a streetbike. like a 23 pound flat bike. although it would be super cool if you could balance a streetbike i.e. s/s coasters using your leg to counterbalence. or stoppies. you could go forever as long as you had momentum like going downhill. and you could do it all without using the brakes. using your weight side to side to balence is natural. everybody does it just riding a bike. so if you want to practice your balance for stunting ride a bike in a straightline and coast then balence side to side. j/k .

when you get into more technical tricks on a motorcycle you use your body alot more than you do when doing a ss
