My 929 cage

My good buddy Manny from Outermost made it for me. It has three vavle springs in each frame slider. He has dumped his turd a 1000 times and hasn't touched his cage yet. So i figured I had to have one. This style can only be done on bikes with two motor mounts i think.

Re: My 929 cage

that cage design works so damn good......i wish I had two mounts to do it

Manny's 1000 has over 1000 wrecks on it and nothing broken once

the valve springs inside the pegs give it some suspension and the right is connected to the left. Everytime it falls on one side it is supported by the other. The only thing you gotta do is change the bolts every now and then cause they bend.

the good part is that it doesnt get in the way like most cages. It doesnt bust up your shins and it has replaceable delron sliders as well. ITS A PIMP SETUP

Re: My 929 cage

Thats some McGyver shit. I thought of it, but like most things, i never do anything about it. I use the back motor mount on my cage & thought it was a shame I couldn't rig up something to go to the front mount.

The valve springs w/ the delrin tips is just the next level of New School McGyver. Bubble gum & paper clips.

Yeah but man how many times have you hit your shin? That whats best about it, it doesnt interfere with anything. vavle springs just give it that little bit of coushin.
