u need the right programs to make "animated gifs" you basicly put serval pics together and choose what time frame you want in between each pic. I use fireworks and swish

i just google searched "make gif"....i think i used gifninja or something like that....i just extracted a bunch of photos then you put them together in a slideshow...and you put the speed on fastest....the hard part was finding a website that was good to make one....they are cool

i use photoscape to make them, its free download program. i like it more than photoshop because its easier to use.

i either take still shots from a video or use a high speed digital camera and make them on photoscape. i think there are some progams online that let you upload your video and they will make them for you but im not sure.

Not the smoothest but you can tweek speed and prob center images. Hell just learned alot get this to work all right.
