I only rode a 04 R1 once and I didnt know the guy to well so I didnt get on it too much. I would love to get my hands on that 50th anny though. Im not a big fan of matching gear but I would also get the matching #5 Arai to go with it.

My buddy has the anniversary edition Yellow R1 bone stock.... i Was on my 929 also stock, so i figured im gona fuck wit'em.. hes already gettin off the exit ramp jus cruising 75 or so.. so i blast it thru the gears blow by him all tucked behind the windscreen she tops out @ like 168 screaming redline, not even 2 secondz go by he FLYS past me like im fucking going in reverse!! couldent beleave it Bike is an animal witout a doubt

You don't realize how slow the 929 is until you ride with someone on a newer bike.

Love the smooth power though

Thats very nice bike!

Insane J Has very nice bikes also.

I have had 929 now about 2 months and I think its one of best looking bike there is with 954. And it isint the fastest bike out there, but I still choose the 929. I have ride -05 R1 and yeah it has alot more power, but 929 is much more fun to ride!

My previous bike was -05 600RR, and it was good bike to ride, but it was quite expensive. So I sold it with 8500€ and bought -00 929 less than 3500€. Its 10x times more fun to ride than the 600RR.

i took my sticker above the headlight off.. looks waaaaaaaaay better
