i dunno yet man, never put it up there,
but the bar is adjustable, i'd say you could put it to 12 or back farther easy

Here's how ours turned out, followed all your advice, took the gas cap off and fuel pump so we wouldnt break anything put the tank back on the bike and concentrated on doing a nice lip in the back. Also denting the tank ring down with a piece of wood and hammer.
