so, im just introducing myself, and yeah. i have two questions.

one: i was reading a post about changing the rear or something on an f4i to make it more highway friendly... and i kept seeing numbers like, +10, -3, -7... what do those mean?

two: is there a way to make the threads so when i look at them, i see the first post, and not the most recent?
